In these uncertain times, nobody knows were it will eventually finish up.
So all we can do is follow the guidelines, exercise caution and carry on as normal.
For those that don’t know, my back ground is food production and I have managed large numbers of staff in many different food products including what’s known as “ High Risk” which is where we the producers are the last person to touch the food before you eat it, in this instance it was a high risk food category into the bargain, resulting in it being classified as “Ultra High Risk”
These working experiences has given me the understanding of what’s needed to ensure things are done correctly and why they need to be done correctly- and in times like these that experience has become invaluable.
So washing our hands to “happy birthday” we’ve been doing it forever, Sanitising surfaces, yip we do that to.
Anti bacterial soap – got that, always had it. We are and always have been doing what is really just common sense, and when this all goes away we’ll still be doing it, it’s just the norm for us.
So until this all blows over and life returns to normal, be sure and follow the guidelines issued by the authorities.
